Hope. Healing. Growth. Connection.

Hi, I am Antigone. Life can be difficult and sometimes we all need some extra support. I am here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore your experiences, learn new skills, and work toward creating positive change in your life. I use a variety of therapy approaches, tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Modification, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you manage your challenges and improve your overall wellbeing. Individuals, couples, and families of all ages are welcome.
