Anna Tibstra

I see adult individuals 25 years and older, and am looking forward to working with graduate and non-traditional students from UW! I treat anxiety, grief, life transitions, perfectionism, and existential concerns in people of all genders and sexual orientations (I work with individuals, but not couples or family/relationship groups). I see clients by telehealth (video call) and in person from my office in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, easily accessible from the U-District and beyond by car, bus, and bike. I bring a warm and collaborative approach to working with clients. My evidence-based practice models combine tools from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, especially Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, with Narrative and Existential models.
