Hello all! If you're struggling with difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma or overall life stress... I'm here to help you out!

Hello all! My name is Anna and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, specializing in EMDR and CBT. My aim is to create an open and safe environment for my clients; whether you’re working through life changes, strengthening your self-awareness, or simply need a non-judgmental space to express yourself. My approach is collaborative and client-driven in nature; meeting my clients where they are at. My goal is to provide support, validation, and further connections so that my clients can function as their best self. I work with teens or adults; working through topics such as (but not limited to) stress, relationship issues, sexuality, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and coping skills. My goal is to help clients develop the ability to function healthily and happily in and out of therapy. Whether you’re going through trauma, life changes, or simply need an ear, feel free to reach out and we can speak further about how I may best help you.
