I utilize an integrative approach with treatment modalities, varying based on the needs of the individual. My delivery leans on the relational side, as it supports authenticity and helps reduce the likelihood of sounding like an AI therapist bot. I will, however, still need to ask you how you feel at times. As an east coast transplant, I have lived in Kansas over fifteen years. Earning my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville, I am trained in EMDR, ERP, ICBT, CPT, and perinatal mental health. I also have personal and professional experience with competitive athletics, military life, and corporate/transactional law. My areas of interest are anxiety, OCD, sports performance, and trauma. In an effort to keep up with authenticity (and maybe further help you decide if I would be a good fit): I am an LGBTQ ally. I have tattoos, dress casually, and curse. If that last one makes you uncomfortable, I’ll do my best to rein it in. I enjoy weightlifting, outdoor activities, traveling, and cooking. Last, but certainly not least, I have a German Shepherd who tries to monopolize my identity every chance she gets.
