Andrea is a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) providing services to teens, adults, and couples.

Hi there! I'm so excited to connect with you. I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to teens, adults, and couples. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, family dynamics, relationship conflict, self-esteem, and managing stress. My goal is to create a personalized therapeutic journey for each person, centered around what resonates most with their individual needs and experiences while creating a warm, compassionate, and comfortable therapeutic space. I integrate research-based practices such as Internal Family Systems, while incorporating a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Additionally, I incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I work to empower my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, helping them gain insight and develop healthy coping mechanisms. The quickest way to reach me is via email! Looking forward to hearing from you!
