I specialize in trauma and related symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and dissociation, with attention to mind-body connection.

I am laid-back, conversational, client-centered (you determine what our sessions are about), and create space for humor. I help you gain insight into how your history informs your current situation, and use that information to help you explore how you can break free from the patterns that are holding you back from living your best life. I recognize that it can be frustrating and draining to re-share your story at a first session and come out feeling you haven't gained anything, so I try to start facilitating your self-discovery and working with you to co-determine a few action options from the very first session.
