Psychologist
I believe in a client-centered and affirming approach to care, and that a good therapeutic relationship is important to achieving the goals of therapy.
I believe in utilizing evidence-based treatment, and have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotion focused therapy. I have a particular interest and expertise in cognitive and psychoeducational assessment (including executive functioning, ADHD, and learning disabilities), and adolescent and young adult adjustment, including coping with anxiety, depression, family, parenting, peer stress, and life challenges. I strongly believe in affirming care.
