I am a client-centered clinician who truly believes that all healing comes from within. I simply provide space and guidance for the magic you bring.
As a holistic psychotherapist, I strive to help my clients acheive harmony in their mind, body, and spirit. I am also humanistic and client-centered. I believe that all people intuitively know how to heal themselves but lose their connection to their innate power as a result of trauma. To help my clients connect to back to themselves I use trauma-informed therapy and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy working with clients of all ages including children as young as 2 years old, teenagers, adults, and elderly. I am trained in Synergetic Play Therapy and child-centered non-directive play therapy.
