I am an art therapist that believes in the healing power of art, the importance of the mind-body connection, and that you are enough, just as you are.

I specialize in supporting folks that are impacted by anxiety, trauma, loss, and chronic illness. Many of my clients describe themselves as creatives, change-makers, healers, survivors, or outsiders that have experienced feeling 'othered.' Many identify as LGBTQIA+ and thus my work is rooted in trauma informed, queer and gender affirming care. I seek to honor all of your parts, identities, and stories, while focusing on your here-and-now experiences.
