Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Hello! I enjoy working with college students and adult who have ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar or executive function deficits. All are welcome.
My goal as your therapist is to support you where you are at, wherever that may be on your therapeutic journey. During our session, we will work together using a combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused technique as well as Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT). My clients find me genuine and down to earth, even a tad bit funny and witty, kind and a good listener. I like to challenge my clients with their thinking patterns and behaviors, often giving them things to think about and document between sessions. Together we will develop goals and work on achieving them while I also hold you accountable. This may look like diagnosis (testing and assessing), developing coping strategies, how to have difficult conversations with a family member or boss, or simply learning how to be in the moment even if it is a distressing one. Together we will discuss a treatment plan based on your personal needs and goals. You have a story to tell and I want to listen.
