Aaron Gleaves
(He/Him/His)
Counselor
I want you to feel heard, understood, supported, and cared for, so that you can live your life the way you would like to.
In the world we live in, it can be a brave act to be ourselves. I strive to make our time together a respite, a space that allows you to feel celebrated rather than judged. I want to provide a calm, healing presence in my practice. We will work towards forming a relationship that allows us to explore your strengths, your needs, and your goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Motivational Interviewing methods help me inspire a sense of confidence in the people I serve. Through my experience in life and in my work, I have become adept in assisting those experiencing mental health crisis, depression, grief, racial/sexual/gender identity related trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance abuse.
