I offer a collaborative person-centered approach built upon empathy, understanding, non-judgment and kindness.
Mental health can be challenging and overwhelming, especially when trying to overcome difficulties on your own. I offer a collaborative person-centered approach built upon empathy, understanding, non-judgment and kindness, informed by the knowledge that you are a unique individual with different needs and values. Because each client is unique, I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, employing techniques from evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer a safe space for all of my clients, and strive to tap into and build on your strengths and resiliencies. Together we will explore therapeutic strategies, options and resources that will ultimately provide you with new ways in which to thrive and grow. I work with clients who are ages 16 years and older from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, religious affiliations, and sexual as well as gender orientations. I also speak Ukrainian and provide therapy services for the Ukrainian speaking community.
