I am a trauma informed therapist with over 16 years experience providing client-centered mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.

My name is Vania Simon, LMHC-QS and I am a therapist practicing out of South Florida for over 16 years with a commitment to providing trauma informed care through individual, family, and group therapy. I have a passion for helping and empowering others in a journey of growth and self compassion. Most insurances are accepted. Vetted to work with the First Responder population and others with a history of traumatic stress, I offer compassion fatigue support, parent support groups, outreach and prevention, certified and qualified supervision, EMDR and MBSR, continuing education and training for professionals. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and young families and assisting them in rewriting their stories and living wholehearted lives.
