Tysha Osborne specializes in trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, AD/HD, anxiety, depression, suicidal/intrusive thoughts, and life changes.

Tysha Osborne believes in providing an environment that is respectful, safe, and non-judgmental. She approaches counseling by looking at the whole person (mind, body, soul) and how past experiences can influence the present. Tysha places a special emphasis on how to live in the moment, being gentle/kind on oneself, and how to draw on one's strengths. In describing her approach to therapy, Tysha tailors the therapy session according to the client's needs, but her main emphasis is on building a safe relationship. She believes all individuals are capable of becoming their best selves. Tysha is passionate about helping people find hope and healing. Tysha is a graduate from Benedictine University (Lisle, IL) where she earned a Master's of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist (Kansas). She utilizes Neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness/Relaxation, and somatic therapies. When requested she provides Christian counseling for those interested. Tysha offers therapy to individuals ages 24 - 99.
