She utilizes Neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness/Relaxation, and somatic therapies. When requested she provides Christian counseling for those interested. Tysha offers therapy to individuals ages 24 - 99.
