Hello! I am looking thankful you are here to find a therapist that is the best fit for you! I am committed to building a safe space for you.

I understand how frustrating it can be to be stuck in a negative thinking pattern and how it can affect all aspects of our lives. Through tangible strategies and support, I have helped my clients navigate out of this cycle and I can support you as you do the same to improve your quality of life. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges they face, issues such as anxiety, identity formation, academic and performance pressure, as well as relationship and family dynamics. It can be overwhelming, and I aim to provide support and guidance to those who need it most. I am committed to fostering an environment of trust, respect, and empowerment. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change, and I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients as they navigate their journeys. I recognize the profound impact that listening and understanding can have on a person’s life. I grew up in a community where mental health was often overlooked and I have a passion for helping others navigate the various issues and transitions throws at us.
