I enjoy working with and navigating the unique needs of the clients I serve.

Because we cannot clearly see our mental health it is easy to overlook. Coming to the conclusion to seek counseling can be scary, but it is also a very important decision. The only person who can make meaningful long-lasting changes in your life is you and seeking guidance to make those changes is a big first step. Some changes happen quickly while others may take a while, but with all change it can be beneficial to have someone on the outside for support. Mental health looks different for everyone and therefore should be treated uniquely for each individual. The techniques I use in therapy are a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to name a few. My ultimate objective is to help you achieve your personal mental health goals and our therapy sessions will be tailored to reach your aspirations. I value honesty and genuineness and use it for a foundation in therapy. A strong therapeutic relationship is key to a successful counseling outcome and I take pride in building each individual relationship. I find great joy in helping others grow into their ideal self.
