Supporting college students through life's challenges with compassionate therapy, evidence-based strategies, and a safe space to grow, heal, and thrive—be
Being a therapist for college students is incredibly fulfilling—no two clients are the same, and I’m constantly learning and growing alongside them. My approach is client-led, meaning I provide the tools, but you decide what fits best for your journey. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work, allowing for real, meaningful change to happen at a pace that feels right for you. Using techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy, I support students navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. College can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to help you find balance and clarity in a fast-moving world."
