I offer compassion, curiosity, and calm, along with industry-leading modalities, to help you find peace, clarity, and a way forward.

I draw on various industry-leading evidence-based treatments, in an effort to help you gain a deeper inner awareness of your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, body, patterns, and parts. Together we discover what you might still be holding onto from earlier periods in your life: beliefs, thoughts, or patterns that were probably beneficial and absolutely necessary given your circumstances at the time, but are no longer helping you thrive, and grow into the person you desire to become today. We work together to develop a sense of compassion and curiosity for those parts of yourself. As the psychologist Carl Rogers put it, “the curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change". I have worked with college students in various capacities for over a decade, and have experience as a hospital chaplain as well. I am comfortable, and trained, to integrate your spirituality into your healing journey if that is meaningful to your. Some people enjoy bringing their religious/spiritual beliefs into session with them, while others are in the process of learning to unpack toxic or unhelpful religious beliefs they may have been given growing up, and are hoping to discover what a healthy and authentic spirituality or belief system looks like to them in the future.
