I utilize treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and other dynamic strategies to help you live life with more vibrancy and joy.I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ community and provide an affirming and safe environment. I work with people on all issues of sex and sexuality in a sex-positive manner. I am trauma-informed and understand the effects of trauma, both big and small, and have strategies to help people heal from those painful life experiences. No life issue is too small for therapy.
