Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Work (LSCSW)
I enjoy working alongside individuals and families looking to improve their overall wellbeing by finding their strengths and building new skills!
I am a Licensed Clinical Specialist Social Worker (LSCSW). I received my BSW from Kansas State University and my MSW from The University of Kansas. I’ve been working, in the healthcare setting, since 2016. I pursued training in nutrition for mental health, becoming a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). I truly believe what we put in our bodies has a profound effect on our mental & physical state and that we can use food, as a tool, for wellness, as well as enjoyment! Rounding out my passion, for the mind and body, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and began teaching group yoga in 2019! I have also completed additional training in the use of yoga as a treatment modality for mental health conditions, and a certificate in Yoga for Trauma.
