Suzanne (Suzy) Hart
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
I am here to be your guide and support you along your journey to transform into your best self through healing and growth, so you can thrive!
Hi there, my name is Suzy! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My passion is supporting teens, adults and families seeking guidance to navigate life transitions, reduce symptoms of emotional distress, build self-esteem, process trauma and navigate the complex entity of relationships. I have experience working with college students and was drawn into this field initially because of my passion for supporting individuals with exploring their career path, navigating life transitions, managing mental heath symptoms and instilling positive student life for students. College is a time in life that can produce an array of emotions, challenges and change, which can be difficult to manage at times. As a college student, studying and attending classes can contribute enough stress in an individual's life without any other areas of impact. I am here to share that if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or hopeless, you are not alone. Whether you are facing a transition in your life, relationship issues, burn-out, feeling worried or struggling to navigate moving forward, I am here to be your guide. I welcome you to reach out and take the first big step along your journey to growth.
