Thank you for considering me as you compare options for providers. I have worked in mental health for 25+ years and am passion about the human potential.

My greatest passions are related to my training in methods to optimize our human potential including but not limited to: psychophysiology (connections between our thoughts/mind and our bodies), biofeedback, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality & comparative world religious studies, Carl Jung (Depth Psychology), bioneural beats and guided imagery, and consciousness studies. These can be the focus of the therapeutic process or supplement the treatment of a great range of more traditional reasons for starting or continuing a therapy process. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Recovery, and Existential Therapy amongst other methods. We will find the framework together that feels most natural to you and helps you in self-exploration, self-discovery, and resilience to the presenting concerns that brought you in.
