Tucker supports individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and chronic illnesses using a gentle, empowering approach.

I take a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit to address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to stress and burnout. A goal of mine is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can openly explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I draw on a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs. Somatic therapy and guided meditations can help you reconnect with your body and release the tension that may be holding you back. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages you to embrace your thoughts and emotions while staying committed to actions that reflect your values.
