No two people are alike and therefore everyone deserves treatment that is tailored to their individual circumstances and needs.
No two people are alike and therefore everyone deserves treatment that is tailored to their individual circumstances and needs. After having had the opportunity to work with many different individuals in a variety of settings, my experience has shaped my approach to be person-centered and individualized. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from various backgrounds, regardless of their gender, sexuality, or beliefs. I strive to provide you with a non-judgmental and supportive environment, to allow you to grow and take steps towards reaching your goals. I've had the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults in intensive inpatient care, outpatient services, group settings, as well as individual therapy. I have experience with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitioning, self-confidence, and substance use. I enjoy using a combination of modalities in my work to tailor it to your specific needs. Therapy is a place to identify your personal strengths and values, improve relationships, and work toward your goals. I offer in-person and virtual session on weekdays and weekends and have morning and evening appointments to fit your individual scheduling needs.
