I specialize in supporting women and queer people navigating burn out, stressors and life transitions through a creative and body-centered approach. I work with students, teachers, artists and entrepreneurs who struggle with burn out and stress by focusing on three areas to help them reach wellness goals: Navigating Difficult Thoughts Handling Challenging Emotions Decoding Stress In The Body With training across multiple disciplines, I apply a combination of tools in session: Creative Modalities (playing with imagination and self-expression) Somatic Regulation (exploring sensations in the body, breath, and mindfulness) Traditional Talk Therapy (identifying unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and stories)
