Sierra Vogt

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through life’s transitions and challenges, both old and new, and helping them move toward greater balance and peace. I believe that life is relational therefore, the relationships that we have with ourselves, others, our environment, and our spirituality can inform our overall health. The theories I draw from are Relational Cultural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Art Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Trauma Informed Care. Recognizing that trauma and systemic influences can disrupt the mind-body connection, I integrate somatic approaches to support healing and reconnection. I prioritize collaborative relationships with clients, which enhance and guide the care I provide.
