Shreya Naropantula
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
I strive to provide a warm, supportive space for you to explore challenges, understand yourself, and feel empowered to heal and grow at your own pace.
I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself and gain deeper insight into your struggles. I provide in-person and telehealth sessions, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be fully yourself in the therapy space. I enjoy working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, attachment, and relationships. I'm passionate about exploring how childhood and family of origin experiences shape us and guiding clients through healing and self-discovery. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from inner child work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindful self-compassion, while allowing flexibility to tailor therapy to fit each person’s unique needs. Having grown up in India and later moved to Seattle, I understand the complexities of navigating between two cultures. This gives me a deep appreciation for diverse backgrounds, different family dynamics, and intersecting identities. I strive to create a warm, accepting space where you feel truly seen and understood.
