You may have tried everything possible to make changes in your life. It can feel very isolating and exhausting. You are not alone. Help is out there. Your life can get better. Help is out there for you. You can make the changes you have dreamed of making, with the right help and support. You are no longer alone. Change is possible! The first step is reaching out. I have a group practice with clinicians who are skilled at helping people navigate many different types of issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, have been trained by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, and also have been trained in Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy. I can help you develop a tool box. I have a background in working with people who struggle with addictive patterns, live with someone who has an addiction, and have experience working with children as well. You can choose an in person or a teletherapy appointment. Life can get better with the right support.
