I believe in the power of working together as a team, and I am on Your team. I do not judge or criticize; rather I offer support and guidance to discover core strengths and values and apply those to create change. I also offer a modality called Accelerated Resolution Therapy which can often move a person to a healing place much quicker than talk therapy and it often works very well with treating trauma, ptsd, loss, anxiety, depression, phobias, and more! With this modality I often see people only for months, rather than years, for them to reach their full potential. The potential and time in therapy is unique to each person. I believe in helping you find the "Best You" as soon as possible so you can live your life in your most optimal capacity. I also believe in God, Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. I offer Biblical counsel and prayer, alongside traditional counseling, with those people seeking this type of counseling. Of course, I offer counsel to people who prefer to seek help without this faith base too!
