Investing in yourself is perhaps the worthiest investment you’ll ever make.
Where you become vulnerable, you find your strength. I believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to therapy and the motivation for change. I am dedicated to providing a safe space with an emphasis on being genuine, providing non-judgmental empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I work with pre-teens (11+), teens, and adults dealing with a variety of concerns including: depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, anger, coping skills, mood disorders, stress, peer relationship issues, OCD, divorce, phase of life issues, conflict, grief, racial identity, gender/sexuality, LGBTQ+ issues, and self-harm.
