Shareka Eldridge

Shareka Eldridge is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is person-centered and trauma-informed. She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the state of Texas. She is the founder of LegaCEE Counseling and Consulting, which is an outpatient practice, and founder of FLOW Virginia, which is a 501c(3) non-profit. Shareka earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in May of 2015 and became a counseling supervisor in March of 2021. Shareka has worked in a variety of settings, providing mental health services to primarily adolescents and young adults to include corrections, medical, academia, community, and within several local and state government agencies. She has a passion for providing support and education to minority families and other overlooked populations as it relates to mental health. Shareka is a proud member of the National Association of Black Counselors, where she is the national lead for the Mentorship Program and is a member of the Virginia Counseling Association.
