Today is a good day to begin again.

Hi there! I have been seeing clients for almost 2 years and really enjoy helping people discover the power of human connection. My approach is relational and attachment-based, and I offer a mixture of psychodynamic and somatic interventions to support you in your journey of change. That means that we'll attempt to bring out thoughts and internal processes that are largely unconscious and also explore more about how you've learned to keep yourself safe in relationships, and how your styles of relating affect your relationships now. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and typically work with queer people, folks of color and people making sense of their trauma histories.
