Middle Path Counseling is open and welcoming of all backgrounds and identities, let us help you find your path to healing.

Hi there, thanks for stopping by! I am looking forward to meeting you! Life is a rollercoaster ride and it’s been a crazy one, hasn’t it? No one deserves to go through it alone, and yes, not even you! I believe that everyone has a story unique to their experiences; a story that is filled with hidden insight and strength that we sometimes oversee and need reminded of. There is power in you, in your story, and I can’t wait to help you uncover it. I work with each client to help them identify and release their burdens of stress, trauma, worry, and helpless by building up their strengths and resilience within a safe space we create together. So who am I? Well, I have been practicing for 8 years in a range of treatment settings from locked residential units to private practice. I enjoy and am certified in working with clients of all ages across different presenting concerns. In addition, I specialize in the LGBTQ+ and Gender Affirming Therapy. I approach each session from a strengths perspective, using evidence-based techniques, and I will work with you collaboratively to set goals to meet your individual needs. I believe that he most important factor in therapy is the relationship between a therapist and a client, followed by trust, honesty, humor, compassion, and respect for one another. My goal for us is to use counseling as a partnership during which we both learn from one another and work towards the same outcome – you achieving your goals! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
