Deciding to go to therapy and invest in ourselves is one of the best gifts we can ever receive in life. I am extremely passionate about mental health.

My hope is to create a warm and judgment-free space for you to really feel safe shedding some of the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. I truly want to help you live a more balanced and fulfilled life. We will work together to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your specific needs and goals. If you’re here, that means you’ve started the daunting process of trying to find a therapist, and you're ready for a change. I’ve been on both sides of the therapy room and know how important the therapeutic relationship is to our own healing. Sessions with me include empathy, validation, humor, new skills, and a better you. I am excited to work together!
