Licensed Master Level Psychologist (LMLP)
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing happens when we feel safe, heard, and empowered to tell our stories.
Hi, I’m Eliot Foster—a trauma-informed clinical psychologist and lifelong advocate for healing in all its forms. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University, where I was honored with the Graduate School’s Best Writing Award for my work on providing affirming services to LGBTQ+ clients. While there I researched trauma, particularly religious and childhood trauma, blending research with empathy to better understand the intersections of belief, identity, and mental health. I am currently practicing with Mental Health Associates of South Central Kansas, providing psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and therapy. My clinical background is with Saint Francis Ministries, where I provided clinical services and therapy for children and adolescents in the foster care system. My approach is grounded in compassion and client autonomy, and I strive to create an inclusive therapeutic space where all bodies, minds, and identities are seen and respected. On the weekends, I can be found spending time with my spouse and two children, hosting book clubs, or crafting candles, teas, and bath goods for my witchy shop at a local antique mall.
