I have a passion for helping individuals and relationships thrive. I'm strive to support all my clients in their effort towards more fulfilling, cohesive relationships, and ultimately towards peace. I also strive to address issues of anxiety and depression, as I know these often flare up during times of change and extra stress. I love working with couples/ families, utilizing trusted therapy models to tackle the conflicts that may be sucking the life out of your relationships. Often, I find myself helping clients navigate cultural differences that impact relationship dynamics as well as complex family relationships.
