Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Tired of trying to figure it out; let's find a solution together. I enjoy working with highly intellectual individuals, who want to talk about it.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, I believe that the power of the healing relationship is a unique and dynamic one, that should offer us an opportunity to bravely, heal, and grow. My practice supports highly intellectual individuals, and those who get lost in their most creative thoughts. My favorite folks to work with are those in the process of unmasking, uncovering, and unlearning. I work with highly-sensitive, highly-anxious individuals, who have survived complex trauma, and may be un-diagnosed, late-diagnosed Autistic, and/or ADHD. My clinical approach incorporates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral tools, along with a sprinkling of swear words, to help guide your grounding, and narrate your growing. Things do not always go as planned, including taking care of ourselves. Often we wait until we are in pain to seek relief; I invite you to advocate for your wellness, and say F-It to the rest. In the words of Carly Rae Jepsen, call me.
