I help you navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, improve communication, and set boundaries to strengthen your relationships and regain balance.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with several years of experience providing telehealth therapy to individuals. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, such as managing anxiety and depression, adjusting to major life changes, and improving relationships through communication skills. My goal is to help you regain balance, find peace with your emotions, and build stronger connections. I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I work to meet you where you are. Our work may be process-oriented one day or skills-based the next. I incorporate education about the brain and psychology when helpful and welcome feedback to align with your goals. My nurturing personality helps create a safe, supportive space where you can share openly. Therapy can be challenging, but I emphasize strengths and humor to make the process more manageable. I’m licensed in WI and IA and authorized to practice telepsychology across state lines (APIT/Psypact). I earned my PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have advanced training from Northshore Integrative Healthcare, Headspace, and UW - Madison.
