I'm a warm and empathetic psychologist who will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and values to work toward meaningful change.

At times, we can become stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, and feel held back by our doubts and fears. In therapy, I provide a welcoming and collaborative space to examine these experiences and build upon your strengths and skills to help you live the life you want. Together, we will identify your goals and values, expand your understanding of yourself and others, and work toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with young adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity development, academic and career challenges, and adjustment to life transitions. My approach is integrative and informed by ACT, CBT, and relational therapies. I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care and welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and identities. There is great vulnerability and strength in seeking help, and I welcome the opportunity to join you in the process of change and growth.
