I work with individuals—especially LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and abuse survivors—dealing with trauma, shame, self-esteem issues, and relationship struggles.

My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I may employ various approaches according to what you need in the moment. Generally, our work together will be some combination of IFS (Internal Family Systems), existential therapy, and somatic work. In short, this means working on understanding how the different sides of you relate to one another, working to make meaning of your experiences, and learning to relate positively with your own physical body. Across all of these approaches, our work will always be relational. This means that at all points during our work, we will observe and make meaning together out of how our particular therapeutic relationship takes shape, and how this shape reflects the shape of other relationships in your life. In therapy, I often find two parallel processes take place: learning to understand and accept the person that you are, and learning to bring that understanding into your relationships with others, in pursuit of deeper connections.
