Saige prefers a gentler approach, and likes to focus on building a client’s confidence and values in sessions. She is passionate about building up her client’s sense of self-worth, confidence, and esteem and enjoys watching her clients find happiness through their growth. Saige has 15 years experience providing case management and counseling services to adults and adolescence within the general population and the severely mentally ill population. Saige’s therapeutic approach is eclectic in efforts to cater to each of her client’s needs, including person-centered therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Saige has a passion for building her client's esteem, while minimizing symptoms that contribute to distress. She has a gentle and compassionate nature that allows her clients to feel safe.
