I provide in-person and virtual counseling to individuals of all identities and backgrounds. I take a holistic, collaborative, trauma-informed approach.

I provide in-person and virtual individual counseling to adults of all ages, and I particularly enjoy working with young adults and college students. I primarily take a Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered approach while incorporating elements from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe that every person has unique lived experience and that counseling is a collaborative process. Therefore, I adapt my counseling approach to meet the specific needs of each individual and aim to empower clients to harness their strengths to achieve meaningful growth. I take a holistic approach that considers every aspect of well-being including emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment in which clients can explore their experiences and goals. I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and marginalized communities. I am currently accepting new clients! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a free 10-minute phone call to determine if I would be a good fit for you.
