(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
I enjoy working with individuals to make tangible and positive change, as well as to recognize existing strengths.
Are you ready for a change or struggling to accept yourself as you are? Do you feel like you’ve explored the resources you have but still need some guidance to feel better? Life is overwhelming, and it is easy for us to feel "stuck" or "lost" in decision-making, relationships, and creating a life we genuinely enjoy. My job is to empower clients to find their voice and strength & take tangible steps toward feeling better--I believe anyone can succeed with the right tools. You’re capable of positive change, self-acceptance, and self-compassion, and counseling can offer tools to help guide you toward “mental wellness”. I work with clients ages 16 and up who live with anxiety, depression, social skills concerns, and other life transitions where therapeutic support may be needed. I utilize a well-rounded, holistic approach, with a focus on physical health & healthy habit development when applicable. Please contact me with questions, email, or text for the quickest response.
