I welcome and affirm clients of all identities in my practice. I hope I can help clients come to a healthy relationship with their body and with food.
I have been practicing as a therapist since 2014, and have experiences ranging from child welfare to my current work with clients struggling with Eating Disorders. I have experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, but hope to work with my clients to find the therapeutic modality and experience that works best for them. Our practice works with people under a Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and All Foods Fit model to help clients come to body neutrality and a stable relationship with their bodies and with food.
