Riena Kain

I have over a 13 years working with youth, adolescences and their families. I also enjoy working with young adults as they navigate life transitions. I am human before therapist, so as we spend time getting to know each other I hope you feel comfort being your authentic self. Being our authentic selves and living out our values helps to bring fulfillment in our lives. I am a dog lover who enjoys being outside with a good book and a nice mug of hot tea. I enjoy traveling and support self-care for all, as we can't pour from an empty cup! My job is to guide you along toward reaching your goals while supporting your self-efficacy and autonomy of choice. There are a variety of coping skills we can explore to help manage the feelings that arise in your life. I embrace unique and creative outlets and if you want to play a game of Uno in session, lets do it as I incorporate games and art into sessions.
