Supporting BIPOC and South Asian communities with culturally informed care for anxiety, PTSD, and identity challenges. Therapy in Bangla available.

As an LMSW with a background in community mental health and outpatient care, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. With experience addressing trauma, racial identity, family conflict, and phase-of-life challenges, I bring a culturally informed perspective to therapy. Having worked with clients of all ages, from children to older adults, I understand how mental health concerns evolve over time. I’ve provided care in Bangla for the Bengali community and supported BIPOC populations, particularly South Asians, facing discrimination, acculturation, and identity struggles. My practice draws on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic techniques, and polyvagal theory to address each client’s unique needs. Together, we can cultivate healthier coping strategies, build self-awareness, and empower you to move toward a life that aligns with your values and goals. Therapy is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
