I strive to create a safe and affirming environment for all of my clients. I am passionate about using a strengths based approach to therapy.

You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. I believe that the first step to a healthier and happier life is acceptance. Acceptance that you need support through life’s many challenges. Whether you are going through a breakup, exploring your sexuality and/or gender expression, struggling with motivation, or just need someone to validate your experiences - I am here to help. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, biracial, and queer, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face one’s problems. I want to help you overcome your fears and live life to the fullest. Reaching out is the hardest part so I encourage you to take a deep breath, and take a leap of faith. I have over 5 years of experience working with children, families, teens, and young adults. I am passionate about working with the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and the Neurodivergent community. I believe we all deserve access to healthcare; regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural values, religious/non-religious beliefs, age, socioeconomic class, and mental health status.
