Rebecca (Becca) Trayner
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Becca specializes in working with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma or PTSD.
I am looking forward to working with you! I see therapy as a safe, comforting space where people can dive into an exploration of themselves. Each person shows up with an understanding of their own story. Together, led by curiosity and intuition, we pick up the many pieces that make up your story, and uncover different perspectives or new truths. Often, this results in clients crafting a richer, more nuanced, more compassionate narrative that allows them to move through places they feel stuck. I am passionate about working with people who are ready to make change in their lives, and we will work together as we explore what those changes look like and how we get there.
