I approach psychotherapy as a process of shared exploration of your unique problems that offers potential for meaningful insight, authenticity and change.

Psychotherapy is a process of shared exploration of your unique problems that offers meaningful insight and change. As a psychologist, my aims are to help you look more closely at emotional and relational spaces you navigate in daily life, examine how past experiences impact you in the present, and develop new perspectives and ways of being. By utilizing nonjudgmental and intentional listening and reflection, I focus on helping you translate your experience into words in order to promote conditions for growth. From this process, individuals may overcome personal struggles and conflicts and live with more agency and authenticity. I treat adults presenting with a range of issues. My particular areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and identity issues. I value individual differences and working with people of various identities and backgrounds. Your sense of connection with your therapist is key to successful therapy. I welcome you to contact me with any questions and learn if I might be a good fit in helping you work towards your goals.
