I approach psychotherapy as a process of shared exploration of your unique problems that offers potential for meaningful insight, authenticity and change.

Psychotherapy is a process of shared exploration of your unique concerns that offers meaningful insight and change. While utilizing nonjudgmental and intentional listening, I provide a space where together we recognize and translate your lived experience into words in order to promote personal reflection and growth. Therapeutic tasks include looking closely at emotional and relational spaces you navigate in daily life, examining how past experiences impact you in the present, and developing new perspectives and ways of being. These efforts may cultivate more purposeful living and deeper satisfaction with who you are in the world. I treat adults presenting with a range of issues. My particular areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, identity issues, and trauma. I welcome and value individual differences and working with people of various identities and backgrounds. Your sense of connection with your therapist is key to successful therapy. I welcome you to contact me with any questions and learn if I might be a good fit in helping you work towards your goals.
