Rachel Weaver
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Hi, I'm Rachel. I provide therapy for adults, young adults, teens, and children living with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational and school issues.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing. My goal as a therapist is to help you find safety and stability within yourself and in the world around you. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental approach to support adults and college-aged adults, teens, and children in managing life and relationship stress, anxiety, depression, school issues, and trauma. My work with clients often includes exploring how present challenges are connected to our past experiences. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, tailored to each person's individual goals. I am EMDR trained and also use IFS/parts work, DBT, and an attachment-based framework. When working with children, I use a play therapy-based framework.
